X Fitness inspiration X

Hello bloggers! 

Sorry I haven't posted in a few days.
So today's post is about fitness, and body image.

So these are a few images that I would like to look like. 
I guess this is my fitness inspiration post!
I have no idea who these girls are, but they obviously work very hard to have them!





I think that most girls would love to have a different body. But when you really think about it, you have to work with what you've got, you can mould your own body to be however you want it to be.

You may want to be super slim, or curvy, or have loads of muscles. 
They are all individual choices that we should make in order to make ourselves happy. 
Not anyone else! 

So overall, I think the best way to stay healthy and fit, is to do the obvious things.

Eat plenty of super foods, fruit and veg!
Drink lots and lots of water to hydrate and refresh your body.
Exercise, depending on how you want your body to be. I think that everyone should do some kind of work out to stay healthy!
And also, to eat to be healthy you must eat at least three times a day:

- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner

A lot of people think to lose weight they should just eat less foods, well this doesn't really work, it just makes you hungrier, leading you to pig out! 

So there you go, my fitness inspiration!
