The benefits of drinking water!
I know that I am trying to drink lots more water in order to create a healthy body, and a healthy mind.
Water has hundreds of different benefits for different things, this can involve; your beauty, or your fitness and your health!
Here are a few images which will give you some information on water!
So here is a quick list for you to read;
- Weight loss
- Gives you energy
- Headache cure
- Healthy skin
- Help to fix digestive problems
- Improves kidney health
- Keep your body hydrated when exercising
You can also create a water habit, this means that you will make your body think that it needs to drink more water, therefore, you will!
1) Drink a glass of water with each meal
2) Carry a bottle of water with you throughout your day
3) Keep water available for you, so have it on your desk or at work
4) Before having a snack, drink some water first to fill you up a little bit
5) Drink water instead of tea or coffee, or fizzy drinks
6) Track the number of glasses you drink, this way you will reach the guideline, which is around 8 glasses a day.
