Today's snack

Natural yogurt and muesli, with green tea. 


I used a jar left over from peanut butter I think! I could have used a bowl but I think when food looks pretty you are more likely to eat it all!
I always try to drink green tea everyday, it is good for your metabolism and general health. 
The jar contains a layer of muesli, natural plain yogurt, banana, blueberries and chocolate chips.
