So today, this post is going to be about tea. And all the different kinds of tea that you can get or have, each have their own benefits to help with your health and lifestyle!
Black Tea:

- Help fight off a cold, supports the immune system.
Green Tea:

- Contains less caffeine than coffee or black tea.
White Tea:
