☮ Be Positive ☮

Hello lovelies, today's post is going to be all about positivity! 



I am a very strong believe in being positive and leading a positive lifestyle, there are many things you can do to lead this lifestyle. 

By leading a positive lifestyle you will definitely experiences changes for the better in your self, and your surroundings.

There are many ways you can improve your lifestyle for the better, heres a few.

- Get enough sleep at night! No one likes to be tired and grumpy. 
When it becomes 'bedtime' try to wind down as much as possibly, have a relaxing bath with any kind of tea of your choice, use bath bombs and lots of lovely smelly things!

- Get into your pjs! Everyone loves loves loves to do this after a long days work, you can then sit and read a book, or watch your fave program on TV.

- Do some yoga or stretches in the morning, this wakes you up and makes sure you are ready for the day! It can also be surprisingly relaxing and can clear your mind.

- Block out all negative thoughts, there is no need to hold grudges against anyone, if someone is annoying you, or you do not like them, then just ignore it, there is no need to waste your time dwelling on nothing.

- Carry out a relaxing skin routine, not only does this improve your skin, and its appearance, it can also relax you, i love to take off all of my make up and put on a quick 5 min face mask to make it feel all refreshed, also going to bed with a full face of make up is a huge no no.

- Eat healthily! Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables can actually improve the way you feel, they give you more energy unlike after eating a Big Mac, which makes you feel tired and dull. 
WATER is the magic potion to leading a better lifestyle, water is amazing and can help everything, your hair, skin, sleep, nails, by drinking more water your body is hydrated.

- Write down what you have done in the day, i try to write down things that have maybe made me angry or upset, i feel like after i have written it down i do not need to worry about it anymore, and i have expressed how i felt.

- HAVE LOTS OF CANDLES, personally i love candles, i really think they change the whole mood and atmosphere of a room.

- Keep your space tidy, this may just be your bedroom or your whole house, a tidy room is a tidy mind! I cannot sleep peacefully at night knowing i will wake up to my room messy, i try to keep it as tidy as possible.

- Surround your self with cosy blankets and pillows, make your room comfortable and inviting, so you wont be dreading sitting on your own in a cold boring room. 
Also i like to keep pictures around my room to fill in some space!
