Bedtime Routine zzzz

Hello, today's post i suppose is about health and beauty.

As i hope many of you already do, i carry out the same routine every night in order to keep my skin fresh and clean, and also as spot free as i possibly can!

It does not take long to carry out the few steps i do, the products i use are affordable and easy to do!

I love love love to use the Simple products, they are so kind to your skin and really work!

The different skin types you could have are; dry, oily or normal, or a mixture! 

Luckily i think i have normal skin, maybe sometimes a little dry. 

But these steps can work for anyone with any skin type, as the Simple products are designed for all, and especially sensitive skin! 

Which is perfect because you dont have to worry about any horrible chemicals ruining your skin and leaving you with a burning rash...

First of all i will either have a bath or a shower, and wash my hair depending on whether it needs it or not, remember you do not need to wash your hair everyday! Your hair needs the natural oils it contains to keep it healthy.

I then brush my hair through and add argon oil to the ends and massage it in, i think this improves the shininess of my hair and the health. I then tie it up in a loose bun to then work on my face.

First of all, before showering i will remove all of my make up, and then use my Simple moisturiser face wash, you very simply rub it into your hands and massage it onto your face, and then wash it off! Leaving your face nice and clean.

I then use my Simple Toner and wipe it on my face using a cotton pad, i think this removes any makeup left over and cleanses the skin even more.

After that i use neutrogena 3 in 1 daily cleansing lotion, i also wipe that on my face focusing in the T zone using a cotton pad.

Finally i use my Simple moisturizer and rub that into my face, leaving it feeling perfectly clean and of course, moisturized!
