New Year, New body.

Of course its so cliche for everyone to want to create the body they want in the New Year, whether that ever succeeds is up to the individual.

For me, i have tried for as long as i can remember to get the body i want, but i just don't know what it is.
As soon as i gain weight i want to lose it, as soon as i lose weight i want to gain it again!

But this year is about being healthy, and personally for me, to be healthy i think i need to gain some weight, so that is what i am going to do.

This post will also show you what foods and exercises you can do to be healthy and gain some weight.

Here is a list of healthy foods, high in calories;
- Lean meat
- Nuts and seeds
- Dried fruits
- Whole wheat bread
- Brown rice
- Dark Chocolate 
- Vegetables
- Brown rice
- Hummus 
- Avocado 
- Peanut, Almond and sesame butter

Protein is obviously the best foods to gain weight, everyone can also do with some more healthy proteins in their life.
Not many people know that proteins are not just found in meat, there are other sources too, this is good to know if you are a vegetarian.


I so need to start following this, just adding an extra amount of healthy calories a day can help you. Do not get scared of the word calorie - it does not mean 'things that make you fat'.

Finally i have added this image to show that these foods of course can lead you to gain weight, but also lead you into an unhealthy lifestyle. Do not eat these foods on a regular basis!
