Reading 'Alicia, Memoirs of a Survivor'.

Alicia Appleman-Jurman

As you may or may not know, I love to read, I don't think I have a specific genre,
but you'll begin to see as I post more of the books I read.

This book contains the story of a young Jewish girl throughout the Second World War.
There isn't a lot I can really write about it as I do not want to give anything away!

I must say though, this book is fantastic.
Definitely an emotional book, with some happy moments, and some 'on edge' moments.

You really get an insight from this woman on what it was really like to be a Jewish girl during this time throughout the Second World War.

This is an amazing book, which I highly recommend, I think anyone would be interested and it has definitely taught me some lessons on life, and how to appreciate the life we have now.

Reading really helps when you are trying to get to sleep, or have a headache from staring at the screen for way to long.

I also think it opens up a whole new world, you create your own stories in your head, alongside living through those of others.
